  3. Add onion to it and cook till they are golden brown.
  4. Add the mixed vegetables and cook.
  5. When the vegetables are 3/4 cooked, add oats, water, chilli powder, garam masala, tumeric, dash of lemon and salt, mix it well.
  6. Cook for 3-4mins, keep stirring in between, so that the oats don't stick in the bottom of the pan.
  7. Once the vegetables and oats are cooked, take the pan off from the heat and transfer the savoury oats into a serving plate.
